Something is wrong with your website. Let’s fix it.
Broken layouts, failed updates, forms that stopped working, CMS or plugin conflicts, strange errors and other website problems can turn a small issue into wasted time and missed opportunities. Send me what is happening and I’ll inspect the problem, define the scope and tell you the sensible next step.
Website problems I can investigate and fix.
You don’t need to know which CMS, plugin, theme or integration caused the issue. Describe what you see, what should happen instead and when the problem started if you know.
Broken pages or layouts
Pages that suddenly look wrong, mobile layouts that collapse, missing sections, styling conflicts and visual problems after a change.
Get it inspected →CMS, theme or plugin problems
Features that stop working after a CMS, theme, plugin, extension or website update.
Get it inspected →Forms and integrations
Contact forms, email notifications, tracking, automations and connected tools that are no longer behaving correctly.
Get it inspected →Errors and odd behaviour
Error messages, redirect problems, admin issues, broken links, missing assets and unexpected visitor-facing behaviour.
Get it inspected →Fix the website problem you actually have.
Website Rescue is for a defined problem on an existing website. I work particularly with WordPress and can also investigate other mainstream website platforms where the issue can be safely diagnosed and repaired. A rescue job does not automatically become a redesign or large technical project.
WordPress repair
WordPress is a strong specialty: updates, themes, plugins, admin problems and focused faults can often be diagnosed and repaired cleanly.
Responsive fixes
Repair layouts that work on desktop but break, overlap or become awkward on phones and tablets.
Form rescue
Fix submission failures, missing notifications, validation problems and broken form behaviour.
CMS and platform troubleshooting
Investigate reproducible problems on other mainstream website platforms where the affected behaviour can be safely scoped.
Integration repair
Diagnose website connections to email, analytics, automation and other services when they stop working properly.
General troubleshooting
Trace an unclear website problem, isolate the likely cause and repair it where the scope and platform are suitable.
A short path from problem to fix.
Enough structure to keep the work clear, without adding meetings and process for their own sake.
Send the problem
Use the quote form to send the URL, screenshots, error messages and a short description of what is wrong.
I inspect it
I review the information, identify the platform where relevant and determine what needs further investigation before promising a fix.
We agree scope
You receive the proposed scope, price and expected turnaround before the work begins.
I do the work
I make the agreed repair while keeping the job focused on the problem we scoped.
Test & hand over
I check the repaired behaviour and tell you what changed and anything you should know afterwards.

I am Ikenna Brian Ohiaeri.
I work across websites, ecommerce, digital marketing and business automation. I help businesses solve the digital problems that slow them down—from a WordPress site that has stopped working properly to a new landing page, sales funnel or automated workflow.
I am also the Founder & Director of Creative Fountain Digital Ltd, UK, a digital technology consultancy.
The fastest diagnosis starts with useful evidence.
Include the website URL, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, any error message you saw, and screenshots where useful. If the problem started after a particular update or change, mention that too.
Before you send the rescue request.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Describe what is happening and what should happen instead. Identifying the likely cause is part of the rescue process.
Do you only repair WordPress websites?
No. WordPress is a strong specialty, but I can also investigate problems on other mainstream website platforms where the issue can be safely scoped and repaired.
Do you take small website jobs?
Yes. A small, well-defined problem does not need to become a large engagement.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than expected?
I’ll explain that before expanding the scope. Additional work is not assumed simply because the investigation uncovers something larger.
Will you need administrator access?
Sometimes, but not for the initial quote request. If access is needed to diagnose or complete the agreed work, I’ll ask for it at the appropriate stage.
What if I actually need a redesign?
If the best solution is broader than a rescue fix, I’ll say so. You can then decide whether to proceed with a Website Refresh or Website Design project.
Send me the problem. I’ll tell you what the sensible fix looks like.
Include the website URL, screenshots, error messages and any useful context. I’ll inspect the issue and define the repair scope before the work begins.
